When my state finally swings blue (its inevitable within the next two decades as Californians move East), I'm either moving to Montana or Alaska. Mountains, wilderness, and big bore rifles are my life.

Alaska seems great, but I don't think I'd be able to deal with a harsher winter all year round

Oklahoma swings between 15(-9.3c) in the winter and 110(43.3c) in summer. I wear shorts clear down into 20(-6.6c) degree weather, I can only imagine how comfortable layered clothing in -20(-28c) would be ❤️

My skins are thins, I can barely deal with single digits

Maintaining a property in sub zero seems too much for me, even if it means being free and away from these overpopulating retards

My favorite time to go camping is in 20(-6.6c) degree weather. Build a simple wind break, make an ember bed, and have the best sleep of your life with only a few wool blankets.

It rarely dips below freezing where I'm out at, though Alaska is still a huge draw for me
