Since there was a compromise on what to do. Ideas that would work couldn't because of compromise. If you want to find a solution to the war on drugs you have to use a far left or far right solution. Compromise solutions wont work. In most European countries they decriminalized drug use and focused on rehabilitation. Crime rates dropped drastically, unemployment went down and, the rate of two parent households also went up to. In the Philippines they take you out back and put one through your head. Crime also went down drastically (%97), unemployment went down by %3, and families were able to heal.
