Here’s my go to romantic recipe since valentines is around the corner:
Arbatrichiana
1lbs bacon
Half an onion
Box of pasta.
1 can San marsano tomatoes
1 teaspoon minced garlic

“Mash up” the San marsano tomatoes until mostly a chunky “sauce”.

Pan sear bite sized slices of bacon with diced onions.

Start boiling pasta when the bacon is about done cooking.

Add San marsanos immediately after you add pasta to the water.
Mix in the San marsanos and the garlic in the same pan as the bacon and onions.

When pasta is done boiling the San marsano should be just as hot as the bacon and onions.

This feeds 2 maybe 3 people
