Its like peeling away the layers of potential problems, if you do that, and create a less and less diverse space you can get to a place where you're removing those obstacles...you STILL have obstacles...but some you can remove more easily than others

"Diversity of thought" is always going to be an obstacle, but we cant as easily legislate that....or do we want to, to a degree no.

But, the physical pre-rational intrinsic identities people have, and use to jockey for resources and power, race, is more easily accounted for.

So maybe when you say belief its the right word, since its a concept. But, its more like a goal that you strive for....will the West ever be that on the whole, seeing as where we are today, unlikely...but we could create policies that lead that direction. And, we should.
