gang weed is legal in canada tomorrow
great example of how far a liberal society strays from values
๐ค
how is that a liberal society straying from values
Canadian taxes are higher than a fucking kite
@Citizen Z why did you ping me in bible study? I canโt see that room
You asked about god
You need to get a role to see it there
Oh
Kk
not its values
straying from gods values
obvious
god is anti weed?
never knew that
Lol
not anti weed
just anti vice
im sure he is ok with weed existing just not using it as a drug
besides it is not the weed that is the problem it is criminals
thank you to whomever gave me truther
Yw. ๐
and legalizing weed helps decrease weed use, helps the economy, stop throwing hundreds of harmless people in jail, and makes it so more people will get help if they need it
Just tax the shit out of it
and weaken illigal organizations
I'll be fine with it if we just treat them like cigarettes
^
there are more productive ways to degrees less harmful drug use
rockets don't work in a vacuum
Then how would jets fly high up
doesnt the air get more like a vacuum the higher you go
some jets fly very high
airlinners typically fly at 30,000 feet
there are aircrat that can fly higher, but they have to fly faster to get lift
i mean like military jets
yeah
if a rocket couldnt work in a vacuum wouldnt the jets not work
Jet engines require a medium to run, dont they?
There is a key difference between a rocket and a jet. A rocket doesn't use lift to fly. So an airplane can't work in a vacuum since nothing to push the wings up. A rocket ejects super heated gas backwards, which then push it forward
Also, while not extremely important. A jet engine uses oxygen from the air, while rockets have their own oxygen internally
That last part is key. Rockets bring their own oxygen, while airplanes get it from the air they move through.
that is just fuel of the engines, not how they propel things through the air/stay up
Rockets use pure thrust
yes, and jets use the differnce of air pressure under and over the wing to stay up
Yes
my point, rockets use thrust, while jets use difference in air pressure. thus you can say just because a jet doesnt work in a vacuum doesnt mean a rocket works in a vacuum
Oh thats not what I'm saying
I was thinking that a jet would work in a vacuum
but i guess not?
Idk
Eventually it would not have enough oxygen for injection so no
some very basics behind each
Sorry I was referring to a jet engine, not the whole jet.
just not enough stuff to push off of in a vacuum
rockets basically don't work in a vacuum
Why not there's nothing that stopping it
rockets use atmosphere to push off of
No
They don't
throwing gas into nothingness does nothing
Propellers use that
Rocket's are different from propellers
There's a difference between thrust and lift
rockets use propellent in the form of gas thrown out the back end to move forward
ignited gas
this prepellent needs an atmosphere to work to push off of something
otherwise its got no thrust
There's liquid and solid fuel as well
doesn't matter what type of fuel it is
its still propellant that propels the ship forward, and works well in an atmosphere
we can see it working
The amount of thrust can differ based on fuel
in a vacuum, not so much
similiar to a feather that doesn't move at all in a vacuum with a fan blowing on it
not one little bit
a rocket wouldn't move in a vacuum
There's a difference between a fan and a rocket
not when it comes to the medium
Rocket used to thrust to lift it upwards
same medium, same phenomenon
No
it uses atmosphere to create thrust
No it does not
That guy's a dumbass
K I'll watch it for you
with your own oxygen in the rocket fuel it is possible to get ignition, but it doesn't work that well
