Afro Samurai is beast. Watched both of the films.

Played the game.

Wanted to play the second game, but gamers have to complain about shit and got the game pulled from stores.

When Metal Gear Rising was shown off, there were jokes about it being Metal Gear Samurai / Afro Samurai Rising due to the fact that the ability to freely slice enemies in half along a grid was litterally the same as Afro Samurai's.

i'm not saying afro samurai is bad, I just prefer a lot the art style, the music, the way champloo is made

wu tang is cool, but nujabes beats are my shits

Also, there may be a regional thing. Afro Samurai was kinda meant to appease to America's side of the map, iirc.
