For DS2, it's the first DS game I played and the only one I currently don't own

Nobody talked about Infamous after it came out

Because I sold it for DS1

Get DS2

But DS2 is also pretty poor compared to the rest

And yeah while I like the infamous games, that one was met with silence mostly

And there isnt a sequel in site really

Just that First Light thing that released a while ago

I've heard that was good

Cole is too good of a character

It should have made the evil ending of 2 canon and left 3 to be either Cole's redemption or end

As it is now, it feels like it burnt out too quickly

When it had a lot of potential

And that's usually how good three parters go

The establishing story, the heroe's struggle or downfall, then his redemption or victory

IIRC

So to make it a two parter and then have a spin off like that feels

Underwhelming

When you have a character as good as Cole

However there are lots of blatant issues

Well a lot of people said it was too short, that was a complaint

There were a bunch of problems I forget

One I recall was how if you grinded long enough enemies would stop spawning

made grinding a pain

too many humonoid bosses/enemies

Too many uninteresting bosses/enemies

A world that doesn't make sense in a realistic way
