I hope so, but im not optimistic because i just looked it up apparently most people with asthma are barred from military service

The operating word there is "most". I'm sure there's a workaround, if you want it badly enough and you don't have any other issues that could bar you (like drug use).

What job do you want? If you're looking for something like cybersecurity, intel, or drone operator where the physical demand is low, the chance that you'd get a waiver goes up (but the ASVAB requirements do as well), whereas combat arms or the high physical demand jobs (Special Forces, infantry, combat medic, etc) would be harder to get a waiver for (not impossible though).

A bigger problem than leftist politicians is the UN who tell different western countries to deploy their troops in 3rd world shit holes. Then they tell the troops they can't fight back if attacked, then they tell them they can't even do whatever their originial goal was. Then after enough western men are dead they pull out.

This is why we should leave the UN, or at the bare minimum make some reforms involving who runs operations or whatever it is they do

I have a war story for you guys that my grandmother told me (from my pops) but he dosent like to talk about it because of his PTSD.

My Pops was in the navy at the time of the Vietnam war, he would go in on PT boats and shoot from the river coast to support other units. One day they were told to go in and him and his buddy would be l manning the big gun at the front of the boat. They were going down the river and they were ambushed by some vietcong (not many maybe like 5 or 6) and his buddy got hit in the chest and arm right infront of him. The group got out of there as fast as possible but his buddy didnt make it. That was one of his worst moments in Vietnam and was a big source of his PTSD.
