to this day Im still trying to figure out what triggers my anxiety attacks..etc but I think its basically the general state of this world, how I deal with it is by going to the park everyday/ exercising really helps to lower cortisol levels...

And that ties back to being healthy and well-rested, so that you can make those good decisions as to what needs your attention.
Start small, keeping your own house/life in good order, then build on that.
Establish a good foundation, then construct a solid ground floor.
Then fortify that foundation and ground floor.
Only then can you continue building upwards.
We all know these things already, and most of us have heard this all of our lives.
Occasionally, we need to remind ourselves of certain things like this.
