Recoil mitigation
magnified optics is more about glass clarity and repeatability of the turrets. most of your prism fixed power optics like the PA prism optics are really durable and built like tanks but don't have as good of glass as something like an ACOG.
. . .
What's it chambered in?
what not make the bolt left handed?
What if it was purple?
Then ya couldn't see it ya git
thanos glock
If the bolt was left handed all youโd have to do is show the other side of the gun
Duh
>tiny Mauser action pistol
Iโm interested
9x25 Mauser export glock 98 when
the bolt should be left handed, then you dont have to turn the gun sideways to operate the bolt with your off hand
unless you're left handed but they dont matter
Ambidextrous master race shall use this pistol to great effect.
Does it come in .50 GI?
GI?
Or .45 GAP
whats .50 GI
Oh no
That's litteraly a shitty Tc contender
what are the advantages of a foregrip
resting the rifle, controlling muzzle rise, user comfort
more importantly, what are the advantages of a foregrip on a bolt action
Which kind of foregrip specifically
Oh
vert
Basically none
Not on bolt gund
Guns
why not
They have specialized stands for bolt gun shooting
I'll fucking hathcock stance
Bolt guns get more value out of a bipod
why
You'll be resting the bipod on something
You can change the feet on bipods to suit your AO. You can use rubber feet, spikes, or just legs
What would a good alternative to the word/name Mauser be in a fictional setting
First or last name?
as in the company
World war 2
Or ww1
both
Paul mauser was around for a while
Hell his company is still around they just don't sell here
Bipod reduces muzzle sway by keeping your arms from getting tired. A vert grip does nothing on a bolt action rifle because it's never going to still be climbing by the time you work the bolt. The function of a vert grip is to give you something to hold the muzzle down with during auto fire
>the virgin vert grip
>the Chad horizontal grip
Mauser is a quintessential German household name
And every last German name almost is associated with a weapons manufacturer
^
If you want to choose a name for a fictional arms manufacturer to parallel Mauser you need an incredibly German name that commands respect on it's own
Mauser is not an intimidating name on its own, it's the reputation that does so our context
I'd choose something regal probably
Like Gottlieb
Something with a real world parallel that isn't guns
(Gottlieb makes pinball machines)
I want the M tho
Moisin
No
MAC
Moroccan Arms Company
Mossler
Mann and create Mann co.
"Mann co. We sell products and get in fights."
Truly there is no greater slogan
Flavor of the day: USP45
I shot my MAK 90 for the first time today, put 160 rounds through it, very fun
It was also the first time in a while I actually shot for accuracy Will post targets when I get home
Drilling rifle that came in my local gunshop today.
It was nice
nice
Anyone want a RPD Receiver? 250 and shipping
DSA rpd?
๐ค
could you source me a parts kit
Yes @Stubbs but youโd need a barrel but you can get a blank and get a gunsmith to finish it, also DSA has barrels
how much total is it with all the 922r
Itโs a US made receiver tho
@Stubbs you could build it out for about 1200
still 922r whether its US made reciever or not
Go reread
It applies to *imported* firearms
This *firearm* is from Illinois
but youd be assembling a firearm from imported parts
the reciever is only one of those parts
The receiver is the firearm
If you feel the need, DSA makes parts
does being made on a US reciever exempt it, because thats still every other part importd
Yes
oh
It appears just the number of foreign parts contained is the big no
so even on a US reciever it appears that by having ~12 not US made parts, I would still need 2 more US made parts
my friend wants buttplug rpg where at
thanks b
right off the list DSA even states compliance parts
The frame, barrel, and three FCG parts
