Color balance works too
There's a lot of options to change the hue and brightness
But lets finish with exporting this
File -> Export as
Then you save it in the completed folder
This one we are going to name Huntingtown MD Nov
that made my gimp crash rn, but I know how to export a file, fortunately.
It'll ask you for some things, and change your settings to this
We can go over this again Sunday
Or how about I just have homework. I can try to complete the same task as you walked me through tonight on my own with an exported file by sunday.
That way I can try to figure it out on my own and if I have questions I'll hit you up here.
Perfect
Thanks for taking your time, I hope I wasn't too frustrating.
Bro, the mumble cutting in and out really throws me for a loop.
It took a little long, but a lot of this is about developing men. You guys are our most important part of the org
For sure, man.
I haven't touched gimp since I was doing it on a linux machine back in probably 2002, not going to lie.
It behaves kind of weird tbh
Well that and gimp in 2021 is probably different from gimp in 2002. Thanks for your patience.
I will get on this in the next couple of days and if I get hung up, I'll get ahold of you.
Hey, I ended up having to work but I have worked on this and I have this much but cant remember how to select the color red only on layers on multiple layers (managed it on each layer but it seems to go away when I work on the others?) and then I dont remember how to give the foreground color to pf blue
Make sure you're grabbing the red from the top left
And ctrl+Shift+O
selects color
Then you ctrl+V then ctrl+C to create a new layer, then name it
To get PF blue you click on the swatch, the change the htlm color to 626e60
this is what I get when I select the red from the top left then do ctrl+shift+o
just do Shift+O
ok I did shift + o and it just looks like it's the top left how do I make it select them all?
You only want to grab the red form the top left picture
ah ok
Perfect
lol I'm thinking too hard, then
I got that, then.
How do I give it the pf blue foreground, then?
Color>Map>Gradient
that turned my red selection to pf blue
undo that
Merge the photo layers together
i did haha
Then select the photo layer and gradient amp
map
I keep getting this.
You need to have three separate layers
Once you have that, use the rectangle select tool to select the entire photo, then gradient map it
I got here
That Happens to me sometimes. Just need to restart gimp
I got the same thing when I restarted and went to gradient map it.
I think you have to dig around in your filter settings to fix this
