hey progress
Then you select the red on the sticker/flyer
then I press all the red
then you click on the red.
It probably won't select all the red at first, so you can Shift+Left Click
to select additional red.
Done
Going to be gone for a sec. Going to grab a snack and need to charge headphones
lol it's fine, you're being patient with the boomer pf member
But before that, press ctrl+c
then 'ctrl+v' and then name the new layer
Pressed ctrl c then ctrl v and I got this
Then you have to name the new layer that says its floating
That makes that layer permanent
Double clicking it should work
I named it N
I
Sorry, instinct
correct
Next layer is getting G
Back on
sweeeeet
So we are at NI
?
Sorry you're going to have to repeat, mumble keeps cutting in and out
no saturation
I just don't have a "saturation" option
it only made the red part gret
greyy
wait so how do I get the blue? I'm sorry, but the mumble cuts in and out and I keep missing part of the instructions
I got this
mumble cuts out whenever you finish a sentence.
How do I drag the blue into it?
It's pretty small
yeah but where does that come from?
ok i've dragged it onto the rest of it
Were gonna have to type, the mumble just cuts in and out whenever you give instructions
Move the blue to the top layer
then select the blue
this is what I get, it doesnt select the blue
You have to click on the blue
I did
Did you click on the eyedrop first?
I did
Try making the blue larger
Then try again
nope
Show me another screenshot of the window
The only way to change the swatch is to click the eyedropper, then click the blue
That is what I am doing and it just stays black, unfortunately.
wait, change the html notation to 262e60
that worked
no click ok
I did
Then delete the blue swatch from the file
You won't need it if you do it that way
Done
Now, select the sticker layer, then color -> map -> gradient map
Great, now you drag the template layer to the top
Hey, I'm feeling less retarded
I'm going to show you how to adjust the red now
Sweet!
In daytime photos, you're pretty much done now, but night the red can look terrible
Select the red layer
Selecting layer N
Then go to color -> color temperature
Adjust to make it look good and natural
There's a ton of settings you can mess around with to make the red blend
You want a strong red, but not neon
Would color balance = color temperature? It's the top selection
'hue saturation' and 'brightness' are both good options
