I think it would be appropriate for me to alter my current interviewing schedule. I leave for work around 6am every weekday and with the interviews being conducted so late into the night, I think it would only be responsible for me to stay until 10pm EST or 9pm CST. I also am responsible for the lost and found from the event and that is keeping me pretty busy aswell. But, I would gladly come earlier to help with interviews if that can be arranged (8pm EST), and I'll start coming on weekends aswell. Let me know if there's anything else I could help with or how we could make this work. I just don't want to start lacking on quality or hinder the Organization's capacity to operate. I also take full responsibility on walking back on what I promised before, and I will use better judgment in the future.

We might start things earlier temporarily while we have this rush but otherwise it will be 9:00PM EST for all interviews. If you would still be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday then it would be no problem.

Ok I'll try to make it on for a little every weekday until 10pm EST and get on during the weekends. But it may vary on the weekends because activism, etc.
