If the title has your name you might be able to request registration inquiry information from your DMV.

That might not be possible unless your name is on the registration though.

The Media2Rise trailer for Waukesha got suppressed pretty hard by twitter when it was posted. I got an 8000 follower account to retweet it, and got 20 views. We want to create a few variations of the trailer to make it harder, but in order to game the hash we have to know how it processes and identifies video

You can try changing the hue and possibly resizing perhaps. I think some also use audio prints as well so changing playback speed might be able to bypass it too.
