So this was a referral from Thomas from a meeting this interviewee and he had at AmRen a few weeks ago. We're making an exception to our rule against active duty military being involved because of Thomas's good impression of him, the quality of his answers, and the skillset he brings to the table.

If he passes the in-person vetting, he will be an unaffiliate until he leaves active military service. This means that he can be involved as an activist with us, but he does not receive a RocketChat account as a full member and only has communication with the local members to him, ie you and whoever else needs to be in touch with him.

Personally, from what we talked about, he sounds like he is fit to be a full member. But it would be dangerous for his situation if he did become involved while he was still in the military.
