Questions to ask the interviewee (feel free to add pre existing ones to this list)

Introduce yourself by asking him “Hello are you interviewee (insert number here)? My name is “name and state”

Never approve of his answers or make him feel like he’s saying anything correct. Don’t spoon feed him answers. Let him get to answers himself. It’s not a conversation it’s an interview.

-Ask him personal questions like what he likes to do for fun. That’s a good opener.

-What was your “redpill” moment. When did you start thinking the way you do?

-When did you realize democracy has it’s flaws?

-Ask him things about the movement only our guys would know.

-Trust your gut feelings about the guy. Step away and deliberate answers with the guy.

-If he’s a deny, walk back to him and say “We enjoyed your questions and answers we are going to send it back to the interview team to deliberate and we will let you know the verdict” then tell the interviewers he was a deny and they will delete his account.
