If you are using the Privacy Badger or other privacy extensions, you may need to whitelist Discord and related domains in order for the images to load.
At the demo I talked to a few people that were still using the app and I mentioned that it was not allowed due to security issues and they seemed to not take it seriously. I forgot to get their names but I wanted to make sure you were aware of this.
