Does anyone remember the short lived Wildcats cartoon?
no denying that
The 90's X-men rocked
i remember that it existed, but i never got around to watching wildcats
oh the memberberries
I think thats what got it cancels
ya nothing could really touch the xmen cartoon
no one got around to watching Wildcats
to this day its still the best xmen that has been on a screen
period
end of that debate
lol
i was pretty happy at the time when the first xmen movie came out, even if they all did have a thing for black leather
The early seasons yeah, but by the end it went down hill in quality
ya it really did
the animation tanked
brb
but you know what
i dont think those episodes aired down here
i never remember seeing that season on tv here
it wasnt till later than i went back downloaded the show and was like wait where did this season come from
i think the local tv station that ran xmen at the time, stopped carrying it once it started to look like crap
i was techincally too old to watch saturday morning cartoons at the time, but i still loved the xmen when it was on
Night all
nite dude
Do you remember this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2T2O0882jo
ya i remembered that it was there, but it just never became anything
just how it goes in entertainment land
the animation quality of that one was ahead of its time
just not really the deliver of it
or the writing for that show i should say
It was typical of Japanese animation at the time.
thats really what made the 90s xmen so good was the stories were just good xmen stories that were decently close to the comics
pretty much everything from the comics got a chance
I think that's what made the Phase 1 MCU movies good, too.
maybe the stories werent exact, but pretty close
yep
they kept the spirit of the characters intact
sure a few details need to be shifted, but the characters were the same at their core
