Last time we have banned any organization was like in the 1970s when a handful of fascist organizations were shut down due to peace terms with USSR which forbade "Hitlerite" organizations, so the threshold to ban shit is pretty high.

The Soviets planned to "salami slice" Finland into a soviet satellite ala East Germany which was technically a multiparty state but the SED dominated all branches of government. Here after the war the women's auxiliary organizations were banned along with white guards and a ton of political parties and the control of foreign ministry, ministry of interior and secret police were turned over to Soviet front party, which led to a relative of mine dying in interrogation cell like I've mentioned.
Finland never became a communist state, thank Hitler, but for a handful of years immediately after the war everyone was just basically bracing for inevitable communist insurgency, but due to a combination of factors, like Stalin having executed all major Finnish communists and rest being alcoholic and imcompetent, nationalists managed to wrestle the control of the secret police and other ministries back from communists after the allied commission left the country.
