Ok so I have my Grandpas double barrel shotgun and it’s made by AYA in 1952
He got it from a Sears back then lmao
For like $50
neato
looks like they are spanish guns?
I assume the vepr question comes down to barrel length. I would look into the optimal barrel length for the loads you intend to shoot. Also my dad has an old Sears and Roebuck .22 its fun to shoot but the extractor has issues and breaks a lot.
If you intend on shooting cheap spam can ammo and don't care about consistency or accuracy you could go with a shorter barrel. It will be lighter and easier to carry.
Vepr in general will be pretty heavy right?
due to the thicker receiver?
yes
