I'll give the quick rundown

2017-04-16 14:05:25 UTC

full metal jacket

2017-04-16 14:05:47 UTC

22lr is for target practice and anyone who says anything to the contrary probably also thinks that the Earth is flat

2017-04-16 14:05:56 UTC

Lol

2017-04-16 14:06:10 UTC

Are they the cheapest?

2017-04-16 14:06:17 UTC

>Not sniping someone with a .22lr :^)

nato rounds suck give the cheap shit

2017-04-16 14:07:27 UTC

9mm is the world's most common handgun round; other common ones include .380 (weak as fuck but the guns are smaller and easier to conceal) .40 S&W (Offers no actual advantages over 9mm but you can't have as many 40 in a gun as you can 9mm, 40 has more recoil) and .45 ACP (Common hollywood/fudd meme states it's the ultimate handgun round, it's actually slgihtly worse than 9mm for even less capacity and more recoil than .40)

2017-04-16 14:07:35 UTC

tldr .45 is better

2017-04-16 14:07:51 UTC

.357 sig > 9mm, 10mm>most but 10mm is hard to find and so are guns that shoot them, not widely popular

2017-04-16 14:07:55 UTC

.45 is a meme

2017-04-16 14:08:01 UTC

nope :^)

2017-04-16 14:08:21 UTC

Old AKs shoot 7.62x39, which is only good out to about 400 yards MAX

2017-04-16 14:08:37 UTC

So

2017-04-16 14:08:49 UTC

9mm is basically the best one

2017-04-16 14:08:53 UTC

New AKs shoot 5.45x45mm, which is closer to an AR - 600m ish effective range, lighter, smaller bullet

2017-04-16 14:08:59 UTC

357 sig

2017-04-16 14:09:00 UTC

Unless you want an easily conceiled gun?

2017-04-16 14:09:11 UTC

Whats that

2017-04-16 14:09:17 UTC

There's subcompact options in literally any caliber but that's the gist, yes

2017-04-16 14:09:28 UTC

.357 sig is a 10mm casing with a 9mm bullet

2017-04-16 14:09:34 UTC

Ok

2017-04-16 14:09:39 UTC

So it's like 9mm on a little bit of steroids

2017-04-16 14:09:47 UTC

Mhm

2017-04-16 14:09:52 UTC

And it goes into any handgun?

2017-04-16 14:09:56 UTC

all i need is my p95 ruger

2017-04-16 14:10:16 UTC

ARs shoot 5.56, AKA .223, also aeffective about to 600m, meme says it's weak

2017-04-16 14:10:17 UTC

It's not

2017-04-16 14:10:45 UTC

AR-10s, SCAR-H, FALs, M14s shoot 7.62x51mm/.308

2017-04-16 14:10:57 UTC

Think your average hunting rifle round

2017-04-16 14:11:17 UTC

Effective out to 800m, sometimes 1200 depending on rifle and ammo

2017-04-16 14:11:28 UTC

Realistically

2017-04-16 14:11:30 UTC

Heavier bullet, more recoil et al

2017-04-16 14:11:34 UTC

How far would you need to shoot

2017-04-16 14:11:44 UTC

Depends on the environment

2017-04-16 14:12:04 UTC

US Army grunts train out to like 300 yards, Marines to 600

2017-04-16 14:12:10 UTC

I just thought of something

2017-04-16 14:12:19 UTC

We should crowdfund a helicopter

2017-04-16 14:12:21 UTC

For memes

2017-04-16 14:12:21 UTC

But neither use their rifles much and just call in air strikes, mortars or artillery

2017-04-16 14:12:25 UTC

oy vey I have returned
