You have to be careful about if you and another person have a history of you both consenting to joke around with one another, but in those cases if both parties consented to joke around, the person (the 'jokee') would say the other party is just joking around.

Today I Learned that google will not autocorrect proselytize from prosethelityze, because the misspelling has become so common it’s now an accepted variation. Also I have been spelling it that way for years now even though it sounds nothing like the word 😂
