What case are you using?
Also, 212 Evo isn't good. It's just a hell of a lot better than stock. Sounds like you're not getting enough air flow, or your cooler is at its cooling limit, if not beyond. Changing fans, or increasing the speed is an option that might help. Or move your gpu further away from the cooler.
I have it open all the time so
Not an issue
Is your cpu overclocked? Open air actually has worse airflow, you know. It just gets better heat dissipation.
Oh come on like, my brother has a shitty 750ti and 6300 and he doesn't have this issue
Nah
I know
Do you have Speedfan/Speccy?
Cap us a screen
There's a big difference between a 6300 and an 8350.
I have HWMonitor
I know
I am saying my brother plays all his games fine
I don't
And 750ti produces almost no fucking heat.
Still

Also, it's a well known fact that amd gpu drivers are highly reliant on strong single threading.
Are you sure?
Ill download Cpu Z
Might as well get Speccy
Much broader overview
Is that cpu temp at idle?
Yes
If that is the cpu temp
I am just on chrome
Even when no chrome it is like that
Why is one fan running so much slower than the other? Also, either your voltage readings are wrong, or your psu is not providing enough power.
I just bought a new PSU
What did you get?
80 Plus Gold, 750w PowerCool PSu
Pretty good apparently, better than my old corsair shit
I got my PC plugged into a powerstrip, could that be it?
Hm. Don't know the brand. I'm fully sold on fsp hydro power supplies personally. They're a bit on the pricier side, but oh so nice. No, the power strip shouldn't be a factor.
There we go
That seems normal
