2019-03-11 15:15:18 UTC

I'm looking for XLR headsets, any recommendations?

2019-03-11 16:45:47 UTC

The most comfy iem I've used are gr07 with good tips

2019-03-11 17:01:32 UTC

what connector type do the GR07s use?

2019-03-11 17:01:56 UTC

I've been thinking of getting some, but I don't want my cables to go to waste

2019-03-11 17:02:59 UTC

mmcx

2019-03-11 17:03:05 UTC

thanks

2019-03-11 17:03:18 UTC

I'll give them a try

2019-03-11 17:03:47 UTC

I dislike that connector, but whatever

2019-03-11 17:03:55 UTC

they are quite expensive too

2019-03-11 17:04:12 UTC

it's a bit janky at times, but I prefer it over the 2 pin

2019-03-11 17:04:57 UTC

because tired, clumsy me has already bent a 2 pin connector once or twice

2019-03-11 17:39:39 UTC

that's if you get the detachable version

2019-03-11 17:39:59 UTC

there is the non detachable version which is usually $100

2019-03-11 21:48:07 UTC

Yo, maybe someone know good and cheap bluetooth speaker

2019-03-11 21:58:58 UTC

2019-03-11 23:20:43 UTC

2019-03-12 01:50:31 UTC

Not 100% chink-fi, but good for inspiration

2019-03-12 02:15:30 UTC

but you can buy real speakers for $30

2019-03-12 02:16:42 UTC

But that's no fun

2019-03-12 02:19:22 UTC

diy > chink shit > normie trash

2019-03-12 02:43:32 UTC

what are the downsides to these other than being fucking huge

2019-03-12 02:44:10 UTC

probably not very good for actual professional use

2019-03-12 02:44:23 UTC

idk what the hell this dude is doing though it looks like he's in a wooden airplane hangar

2019-03-12 02:48:26 UTC

The upsides are cheap and formable to your liking/needs
Downside is obviously bass if you past forward to the hearing samples

2019-03-12 02:52:39 UTC

also i guess they're fragile

2019-03-12 10:02:53 UTC

2019-03-12 12:07:03 UTC

^ this

2019-03-12 12:11:57 UTC

If this part (golden and marked) is still intact, you can cram a knife between it and the iem and it should come out easily
