What are your thoughts on the Mandela effect

I've never experienced anything that I'd consider a part of the Mandela effect. The Berenstain Bears is the closest, because I had so many of those books. Was a very avid reader. And you'd think I'd notice the unusual spelling.

But I'm willing to consider that I'm misremembering things, and also that others are, too.

@Rudi It is a phenomenon that was widely noticed with the death of Nelson Mandela in 2013. There are many people that remember he had already died back in 1991. There are many more examples where things are not quite as remembered.
