my usual workout for days like this is handstand push ups, dips, decline push ups, front & side planks, and some neck work
@Parasite Yeah I do a lot with jalapenos, I am basically immune to them by now, not much with habaneros, ghost peppers are too crazy for me
I have to use them real sparingly, I bet if I used them often my tolerance would improve
