If you ever wanted to do something properly quiet the best thing to do is just buying a burner pay as you go sim with cash, registering it with fake info, using for whatever task you need in the middle of a busy area, then burning it after.

The best they'll ever do is find your fake info, and see that the location you commited your illegal activities at was in the middle of downtown
