@Mr.E_z it arose around 2016-2017. 'Q' is believed to be a group of people within the Trump administration whom leak information to the public through cryptic messages also known as q drops.

There's a lot of supporting evidence that trump supports the Q movement through symbolism and hints that he has displayed throughout his term, however it's unknown his level of involvement
