Thats the problem with death row 2, these people have been on death riw for decades and only now will the victims loved ones will get closure after years of waiting.

It will be the 10th inmate executed in the last 6 months

because it has been 17 years since the last person was put on death row

and the fact that so many people have been executed in such a short time even shocks me

when it was last used under the George w bush administration, they only executed 3 people in his 8 years of office
