seriously fireman carries and ammo creat carries are good for training

try to find ways to simulate that without actual people

what ever you qualify for, my recommendation is you focus on what your unit wants

each unit is slightly different

@Crab Core (CA) yeah seriously when your sergeant sits you down make sure to ask him what are the physically standards are for your unit. this will set you ABOVE your peers and may even get you promoted sooner rather than later

okay so there is the army physical fitness standard

the APFT

and there is the unit additional fitness standard

now this unit standard does not have the ability to fail you on the apft

but it can have a serious affect on how fast you are promoted in the unit

my first unit for example added pull ups

so push ups sit ups 2 mile run and then pull ups

it will tell you exactly where you are point by point
