forced charity is the state making everyone cooperate for everyone else's sake

which is sometimes necessary practically or else everyone just dies (like national defense) but most times (especially in controversial issues) it's best imo to limit government spending

since the state covers living wages (which btw, San Francisco) employers could just "sell" themselves to labor as "extra money for what you want"

well as long as the charity is not enforced by law, and this change is simply a cultural change of heart to help fellow citizens out then I am definitely behind this

I give to charities when I can, but I prefer actually doing the building of the houses and the making of food myself

anytime I give a homeless man money I make sure to not actually give him cash, rather I go to a restaurant and get a gift card for it and give him that instead
