Png allows you to have a foreground image without a background, which is great for video editing

I believe both are good, but png has its uses. If your not video editing or doing graphic design png is ussually just making the image too large

Lol jpeg does help with auto keying a white background for you lol

Though sometimes you can have some shit posing fun with png

tried both Fallout 3 and 4, not my type of games
