and once he came into power.

he sealed the fate of the USSR

would have been much better if he never came to power

Nuclear war isn't the only way World War Three can be fought. Obviously nuclear weapons won't be very much involved due to MAD, but it can still be fought with more conventional warfare.

No doubt the UK will side with us. One of if not our closest ally.

Now, the US and it's allies would most likely win the war, but the lasting damage wouldn't be worth it.

That's why it sickens me to see people like "FUCK YEAH AMERICA LET'S BOMB THEM DAMN SYRIANS WOOHOOOO!".

Honestly if North Korea stepped into the war it wouldn't take long for them to be defeated.

Most of their missiles die out and fall into the ocean.

All they have is their petty nuclear program.

All it would take is an invasion. Few days later we'd be finished.

We could probably nuke NK with one bomb.

But SK would also feel the effects.

And they're an important ally to us.

We don't want to screw them over in the process.

So, if North Korea wasn't so close to an ally, I'd fully support wiping them out swiftly.

But since our allies would be in danger, not a good idea.
