Dealers become obsolete when you can get higher quality weed from a store at a better price with the guarantee of safety. It also drives massive amounts of income away from the cartels and towards local businesses and governments.

I went to the doctor for depression. They prescribed me 2 antidepressants. One of which is a narcotic with known addictive qualities.

My mom went in for depression and was suddenly diagnosed with ADHD and PTSD.

She's 56

They prescribed her 4 medications.

2 of which are known to be addictive.

And you know what happens to people addicted to narcotics who can no longer afford it from a provider? They move to heroin.

America shoves pills in our mouths, makes us addicted, and then punishes us for being addicted.

And it's only going to get worse with the Trump administration.

Pretty much the entire history of the US is steeped in corporate lobbying preventing progress.

Hell, we outlawed lead based paint 50 years after the rest of the world did.

We recently repealed a law preventing dumping coal in rivers.
