people are under the belief that cardio is the only way to lose weight
as if strength training doesn't take a lot out of muscles and need a shitload to replenish and make them stronger

The most cardio I do is riding to uni on my bike
About 4km each way
Maybe 3.5
But its decent
At this new place I'll be renting, it's 5km each way
So a good 10km per day I go to uni, which is usually 6 days a week
60km a week cycling
it's good if you want stamina

my dad was a bodybuilder when he was young and got fat for a while until recently he just goes for 10-25 mile walks every day
and quit alcohol completely
I think I'm gonna quit alcohol too
Only have a beer every now and then
And that'd be a once-a-month thing
Just one or two beers
Because tbh fuck alcohol
you could just stick to having a small drink occasionally instead of quitting it entirely
