5. No spamming, except in newfags
6. No being disgusting (furries, pedo shit, scat, vore, LGBT content, etc)

8. <@&665038090926293002>s must have some sort of consensus on whether or not someone gets access (no more revolving doors)
9. Strawpolls can absolutely be used to call for the ban of someone who has moldfag; Strawpolls are not inherently flawed and unbiased in favor of banning people (except me)
