MEMBER RULES:

Rule 1: Keep messages to appropriate channels. Memes in <#463623825947361281>, politics in <#556819775645548544>, etc. There is some tolerance to that on <#556827889551802369>.

Rule 2: Unwanted earrape in any voice chat is dealt with using a strike.

Rule 3: Do not post the same message in every channel, that's spam.

Rule 4: Don't spam/pingspam

Rule 5: Do not ping staff unless absolutely necessary

Rule 6: If you're being toxic/cringy/spammy or anything like that you'll get a strike.

Rule 7: If you ask to be kicked or banned, you will recieve a 1 day gag, if you insist we ***WILL*** ban you.

Rule 8: No raiding, in any way shape or form.

Rule 9: No one will be banned for political opinions. (Unless you're fedposting)

Rule 10: No one will be banned for using politically incorrect words.

Rule 11: If you're talking in VC use <#463627205860392960> not <#556827889551802369>.

Rule 12: No discrimination of any creed of person unless it is in a debate or jokingly.

NSFW RULES

Rule 1: No cub.

Rule 2: No lolicon.

Rule 3: No hentai on <#492824414287691776>.

Rule 4: No illegal things. **(real zoophilia and necro included)**, also no real gore/scat.

Rule 5: You will not be punished for what the bot posts unless you serached something on purpose. If anything, use the .undo command

Rule 6: Keep all non-jap cartoons to <#489001289175531522>

Break any of the NSFW rules and the <@&554404746455154691> will be on your ass... ᵐᵃʸᵇᵉ ˡᶦᵗᵉʳᵃˡˡʸ

OTHERS

If you are being ***seriously*** punished on something, note that there is a voting among the mods for that.
So don't single out and harass one of the mods, note that there is a limit on how much of your bs a mod can take.
If you think there is an injustice being commited, fell free to message me.

***No one*** is banned without the consent of the majority of the mods.

MOD RULES:

Unjustified/unvoted banishment will lead to you being stripped of your modship.

Try and help run the server while keeping drama to a minimum, *Especially among the mod ranks*. Starting drama will result in a trial.

Flaunting your modship and threatening banishment against those who disagree with you will result in me flaunting my power over you.

STRIKE SYSTEM:

So these are the roles:

After the 3rd strike, if you have another transgression you WILL get banned.

Strike number 2 comes with one restriction:
-Not being able to post any image, attachment or link.


Strike number 3 comes with some other restrictions such as:
-Being banned from (any) Voice Chat.
-Being banned from speaking at <#556827889551802369> .
-Being banned from viewing <#463623825947361281>, and all of the nsfw channels except the chat.

Strike number 1 does not have any restriction, but serves as a reminder that the mods are keeping an eye on you.

Strike one will never go away
Strike two lasts 3 days.
Strike three lasts 3 days.

Also, rules on the terms of service such as lolicon and cub are being enforced.
