Teachers are paid via performance by students, to counteract possible inflation of grades a standardized test is given to students at the end of each year as a benchmark of academic performance. A set income is predetermined for teachers, so they are incentivized to perform well.

If a student receives consistant poor marks, a behavioral/psychological assessment becomes mandatory to determine if they have a learning disorder of some sort. If found, they are put into a separate school for those with that specific problem, not a broad community of retards like current standards of special education.

Firstly, school should be segregated on gender. Boys and girls should go to different schools from the beginning. Both groups should be instructed on ideology, reading, writing, and arithmetic. Beyond that, the two groups should be instructed differently.

Males should receive a basic education in history, mathematics, sciences, language, visual arts, philosophy, and upon reaching fourteen years of age assessed as to which of these fields he would be best suited to, as well as an intelligence category. After 14, they will go to boarding schools for their specific field of study for the next eight to ten years, where they receive detailed instruction as well as moral guidance as to being a proper human being and citizen.
