Hi @B2 ... I worked for a newspaper for years. I did human interest stories of all sorts. All the work was original and people had to be interviewed first hand. What writing did you do? What's your background.

My professional background is also in newsprint. Half my life in print and half of that at a small newspaper in the composing department designing ads (selling my artistic soul to generate revenue for the free press) and pagination/layout. I like research and organizing data into an easily digestible form. I have some mediocre talent at writing and editing. I love the Constitutional United States of America and what it means. That's all I got. Hopefully I will be able to contribute something tangible here.

@Rygarth My daughter did ad sales and design for nearly 20 yrs! That's a lot of stress. Were you doing a daily publication? I like distilling down the facts, too. I guess we were born for such a time as this! 🙂

Not a daily. All print jobs are a constant adventure in problem solving against the nature of chaos. Same is true for all productions
