The Japanese are not getting whole earth images every ten minutes.

2019-04-05 16:03:01 UTC

Tried to show documentaries and stuff to friends and family. I even did the flat earth side of a debate podcast on the subject

2019-04-05 16:03:10 UTC

Iโ€™m sorry. Thatโ€™s ludicrous.

2019-04-05 16:03:37 UTC

You canโ€™t tell me they are, yet cannot observe, or measure any actual curve of the earth.

2019-04-05 16:03:54 UTC

But if they aren't they must be using like a quantum computer ai to constantly generate endless changing weather patterns etc

2019-04-05 16:04:11 UTC

Itโ€™s not difficult to make a constant fake picture every ten minutes.

2019-04-05 16:04:22 UTC

Serious.

2019-04-05 16:04:23 UTC

Yeah it would be hard

2019-04-05 16:04:28 UTC

No.

2019-04-05 16:04:38 UTC

As difficult as making a movie of Shrek.

2019-04-05 16:04:40 UTC

It's one thing to generate a fake image but a constantly updating global image?

2019-04-05 16:04:49 UTC

That's like making a movie that never ends

2019-04-05 16:04:58 UTC

In real time

2019-04-05 16:05:01 UTC

And splice every frame 10 minutes apart..

2019-04-05 16:05:15 UTC

Itโ€™s EASY.

2019-04-05 16:05:41 UTC

Iโ€™ll prove to you space is fake.

2019-04-05 16:05:57 UTC

Youโ€™re aware space is a vacuum, yes?

2019-04-05 16:06:43 UTC

So I'm told

2019-04-05 16:06:57 UTC

Well, let me tell you.

2019-04-05 16:07:16 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/563756551723155482/image0.png

2019-04-05 16:07:26 UTC

That is a graph of vacuum pressure.

2019-04-05 16:07:40 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/563756651052793856/image0.png

2019-04-05 16:08:00 UTC

That is a room Nasa designed to withstand the vacuum pressure of deep space.

2019-04-05 16:08:17 UTC

The walls are 6-8 foot thick concrete.

2019-04-05 16:08:25 UTC

Because they have to be.

2019-04-05 16:08:38 UTC

So your saying the moon missions are impossible

2019-04-05 16:08:52 UTC

Because the ships couldn't survive vacuum

2019-04-05 16:09:08 UTC

If you think this thing can withstand the same amount of pressure as 6-8 foot walls of concrete, God help you.

2019-04-05 16:09:43 UTC

I'm with you on the moon landings

2019-04-05 16:09:54 UTC

The whole thing is absurd on many levels

2019-04-05 16:10:14 UTC

You can prove photos and videos from the moon missions false beyond a doubt

2019-04-05 16:10:25 UTC

Every experiment to determine earthโ€™s rotation has in fact, failed. So you would then have to believe earth is a sphere that doesnโ€™t move.

2019-04-05 16:11:13 UTC

You would think it would be easy to prove

2019-04-05 16:11:26 UTC

It would be, if that were the case.

2019-04-05 16:11:37 UTC

So what about the moon shadow argument?

2019-04-05 16:11:57 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/563757733975687168/image0.jpg

2019-04-05 16:12:15 UTC

That makes as much sense as a concave earth.

2019-04-05 16:12:27 UTC

It doesnโ€™t work.

2019-04-05 16:12:32 UTC

Simply put.

2019-04-05 16:12:48 UTC

So what's the problem there?

2019-04-05 16:12:51 UTC

With the shadow?

2019-04-05 16:13:18 UTC

A ball can never, ever produce a concave shadow. So it canโ€™t be argued earth is responsible for the moonโ€™s shadow.

2019-04-05 16:13:32 UTC

Hmmm

2019-04-05 16:13:35 UTC

Interesting

2019-04-05 16:13:40 UTC

Ikr.

2019-04-05 16:15:34 UTC

OK so what about the fact that they see different constellations in the southern hemisphere

2019-04-05 16:15:45 UTC

That's the one I can't explain on a flat earth

2019-04-05 16:15:55 UTC

Should be able to see all the stars from anywhere with a telescope

2019-04-05 16:15:57 UTC

We honestly canโ€™t.

2019-04-05 16:16:08 UTC

Nah.

2019-04-05 16:16:26 UTC

We have a sight distance problem even on a flat plane.

2019-04-05 16:16:34 UTC

We cannot see indefinitely.

2019-04-05 16:16:56 UTC

Even if all elements were removed out of sight.

2019-04-05 16:17:25 UTC

We cannot see across Just like we canโ€™t see across a crowd of people who are the same height.

2019-04-05 16:18:30 UTC

I don't quite follow that... Might explain why we can't see infinitely far across the surface of the flat earth but the stars being overhead you should be able to see other constellations I would think

2019-04-05 16:18:41 UTC

Because your talking about such vast distances anyways to the stars

2019-04-05 16:18:54 UTC

Although I guess flat earth model stars are closer

2019-04-05 16:19:25 UTC

Well, thereโ€™s parts of Mexico that see the North Star, when they should be hidden by the proposed curve of the earth.

2019-04-05 16:20:05 UTC

I have seen many examples put forward of land masses or buildings that shouldn't be visible because of the curve but can be fully seen

2019-04-05 16:20:18 UTC

That's one that makes me question for sure

2019-04-05 16:20:49 UTC

Also the fact that they are always parallel. They donโ€™t tilt like they ought to on a curved earth.

2019-04-05 16:21:21 UTC

If that were the case. We should be able to observe that, but we donโ€™t.

2019-04-05 16:22:21 UTC

You don't have to read that but that's what I'm looking at

2019-04-05 16:22:31 UTC

The other one raised is time zones

2019-04-05 16:22:41 UTC

Supposedly can only work on a ball

2019-04-05 16:22:50 UTC

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/563760471275077632/image0.jpg

2019-04-05 16:23:04 UTC

Flat earth already has it done.

2019-04-05 16:23:26 UTC

Also that article mentioned Foucault pendulums..

2019-04-05 16:23:38 UTC

Those donโ€™t actually work.

2019-04-05 16:23:50 UTC

Ever go to a science museum?

2019-04-05 16:23:55 UTC

Not recently

2019-04-05 16:23:58 UTC

They have them there.

2019-04-05 16:24:11 UTC

And if you look at the top of the swindle.

2019-04-05 16:24:16 UTC

And they are like battery powered or something right?

2019-04-05 16:24:33 UTC

Yes.

2019-04-05 16:24:38 UTC

Mechanized.

2019-04-05 16:24:43 UTC

Scoundrels

2019-04-05 16:25:24 UTC

If Foucault pendulums really were based off motion of the earth, wrecking balls would never stop moving. But they always stop when unprovoked.

2019-04-05 16:29:04 UTC

So I agree that there are an awful lot of anomalies and strange things

2019-04-05 16:29:19 UTC

So what was the one thing that flipped you to truly believe flat earth?

2019-04-05 16:29:28 UTC

What would you say is the top proof of flat earth

2019-04-05 16:29:38 UTC

The most powerful evidence

2019-04-05 16:30:05 UTC

I watched that documentary flat earth clues / under the dome and it got me thinking for sure

2019-04-05 16:31:31 UTC

The top scientific proof for me, is that we do not, and cannot observe or measure any real curve.

https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/484516084846952451/563762658180857866/image0.jpg

2019-04-05 16:32:52 UTC

And we canโ€™t experiment with it either on a model thatโ€™s a sphere, for that matter.

2019-04-05 16:33:54 UTC

All requirements of the scientific method, btw. That is what determines proof in this world.

2019-04-05 16:34:31 UTC

Itโ€™s why flat earth is not a theory, and ball earth is - because ball earth passes none of the method.

2019-04-05 16:34:46 UTC

And flat earth passes all of it.

2019-04-05 16:35:12 UTC

Observation, measurement, and experiment.

2019-04-05 16:36:34 UTC

But I've seen experiments carried out that disproved flat earth

2019-04-05 16:36:40 UTC

Done by flat earth people

2019-04-05 16:36:47 UTC

Like what?

2019-04-05 16:36:59 UTC

So I think it's jeranism

2019-04-05 16:37:28 UTC

You think he proved a curve at surface level when we canโ€™t observe that at higher altitude?

2019-04-05 16:38:13 UTC

Please for the love of God, spare me.

2019-04-05 16:38:17 UTC

And he sets up a series of wooden poles of equal height at distances and each pole has a hole at the same spot. Then they shine a lazer through the hole. On flat earth the lazer should go through all the holes and be visible. But when they did it you couldn't see the lazer. It was below the hole because of the curvature

2019-04-05 16:38:35 UTC

That was what they said basically

2019-04-05 16:39:08 UTC

But you are right it makes no sense how you could have a noticeable curve effect at that small a scale but no visible curve in that picture

2019-04-05 16:39:10 UTC

A curvature consistent of a sphere that has a circumference of 24,901 miles?
