One of my first idea is, to replace Worker's Union by Yellow Union, like right-wing Worker's Union

It's important to understand that the right, and specially National Capitalist should be considered about Worker's condition.
It's important to understand that socialism use worker and manipulate them to make them think CEO and Corporation want to enslave them. But it's false, worker want to upgrade their life, and they can understand that all thing should come by merit.
