Based on what I've been reading and hearing, I'd say a great deal of it's legit (the majority). I don't know about the fake militia elements though, and I know Giuliani has seen enough as a prosecutor to know he has a winning case.

The trouble is twofold, at least where I'm concerned

FBI is guilty, at least of negligence in pursuing this
