Take cold showers and build cold tolerance
literaly just go outside in the cold more
and wear relatively warm enough clothes
you'll find once you get started, you'll be wanting to take layers off instead
Ya I start every workout in 3 layers, hoodie over sweatshirt over shirt. Then sweats over shorts. After two warmups I’m gtg. I walk to my gym tho
