What do you guys think of LA fitness? I know of lots of gyms that that are known for ripping people off, but it seems like a pretty good place

Good things like saunas and all the weights you would need

Nothing special but if it's close and accessible do it

How much do you guys on a cut tend to fluctuate in weight? I tend to go from 168-173 depending on the day.

Average 7k calorie deficit each week.

If water consumption is a constant and I am good about my eating times then it's less, maybe 3 lbs
