Ok. and would you recommned stopping for overall health benefits

2017-09-28 02:33:27 UTC

If not it'd probably be a good idea to see a (((psychiatrist))) about it, suppressing them with weed every night is a horrible idea if that becomes the intent

2017-09-28 02:33:29 UTC

Yes

2017-09-28 02:33:44 UTC

And psychological benefits

2017-09-28 02:33:52 UTC

Ok. Thanks a lot.

2017-09-28 02:33:56 UTC

Smoking that often isn't good

2017-09-28 02:33:57 UTC

No prob

2017-09-28 02:34:06 UTC

Yeah I'm not a fan.

2017-09-28 02:34:19 UTC

Especially if shes going to have my kids someday

2017-09-28 02:34:49 UTC

Yeah exactly

2017-09-28 02:35:30 UTC

Also if she uses nicotine that will be contributing to making her dreams worse

2017-09-28 02:37:12 UTC

Oh. Well she doesnt do that. If she smoked cigarettes I would not be with her.

2017-09-28 02:38:02 UTC

Good man

2017-09-28 03:16:17 UTC

cigs are not very lady like

2017-09-28 11:56:52 UTC

What's the medical opinion on smoking tobacco from a pipe?

2017-09-28 12:01:37 UTC

It's cool looking. 😎

2017-09-29 23:12:56 UTC

Everything from this book is probably available online for free but hey it was $1 from a garage sale and it's from 1982 so why not

Yes because the internet doesn't always work!

2017-09-30 23:21:57 UTC

@Pat-MA sounds like she's self medicating for some PTSD type symptoms. She needs to be in therapy at least, the data on ssri are kind of shitty and without knowing her I can't judge risk/benefit but therapy for sure would benefit her.

2017-09-30 23:24:06 UTC

@Deleted User be careful, lot of out of date stuff in there. If you want a more recent one you can likely find a PDR or few year old Harrison's, Cecil's, Stanford that would be much more useful

2017-09-30 23:52:47 UTC

@Deleted User thanks for the info man

2017-10-02 23:50:30 UTC

Any time, feel free to dm questions if you need to

2017-10-03 01:09:58 UTC

Anyone @here want to go over some stuff our medics could learn from this mass cas event?

2017-10-03 01:10:45 UTC

is #1 don't try to do CPR in a wheel barrow?

2017-10-03 01:10:53 UTC

I'm no medic, but know how to deal with tournequttes and sucking chest wounds

2017-10-03 01:12:22 UTC

@Deleted User yea, I'd say so. @Deleted User that's probably what was needed most in this event, but would you carry either during a concert?

2017-10-03 01:13:49 UTC

well, most tournequttes are easily fashionable of clothes n stuff, but being able to deal with the latter, I'm not sure you can really do that with clothes haha

2017-10-03 01:13:52 UTC

Not playing stump the chump, but it's not something I'd carry, and if I did maybe one of each.

2017-10-03 01:14:03 UTC

i think you need a special bandage? i forget

2017-10-03 01:15:08 UTC

Anything to form a seal and tape on 3 sides.

2017-10-03 01:15:33 UTC

maybe doable

2017-10-03 01:15:37 UTC

but unlikely

2017-10-03 01:22:09 UTC

relevant

2017-10-03 01:52:05 UTC

I think our setup for rallies needs more organization, but we had the right idea with medics spread out.

2017-10-05 06:35:31 UTC

Only perform rescue measures if you can maximize the chances of your safety as well. If you put your life in significant danger to save someone who may be unlikely to survive, you are risking 2 casualties, yourself and the victim.

2017-10-05 06:36:40 UTC

Have situational awareness, it is often best to choose the most logical/simplest solution in a chaotic situation.

2017-10-09 17:41:25 UTC

Thought this was worth sharing. Never saw this video until my EMT class.
