Most of the things the TV presents are literally toxic to humans. Like drama, violence, sensationalism, stuff like that. And art too. Most art is made to shock or amaze, not to deeply think and appreciate it.

And in general, it’s all changing. So many changes.

We eventually have to take a break, but it seems like the world hasn’t taken a break from changing for a long time now.
