I'm buying a new alarm clock and keeping my phone well out of reach when I sleep so I won't go on it at bed time and so that it won't zap my brain all night with cell signal, wifi, etc.
I heard tinfoil hats can protect you from that

I put in a 3lb Chuck Roast before bed last night, been picking at it all day. Too easy
Meal prep is easy. Dont even need a crock pot or nothing. Need like a pan and oven. Even a microwave would work fine.
Just need some Tupperware and a plan.
All you need is a dehydrator, a slab of lean meat, some spices, and a knife.
I guess thats February's goal
If you made 5 sandwiches on Sunday and put them in individual bags that's meal prep. And healthier than fast food.
I'm going to see how long I can go without buying more food
