Awesome job people! I hope to see you all soon.
@Matthias Manhattan, belly of beast. Bravo! I have a good childhood friend I am hoping to bring into I.E. there
FOR THE AMERICAN IDENTITY SHOWCASE! <@&358430370137374721> send me the pictures from your states action alongside a first-person description talking about it! Please and thanks
This is an example of the description i'm talking about:
"In New Jersey we visited the historic Sandy Hook lighthouse, the first lighthouse in America. We cleaned up the local beach and visited coastal defenses that were built in the early 19th century to defend America's shores." - Robert"
@@Brunswick in Pennsylvania we visited the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia, Independence Hall, and several statues of prominent revolutionary figures. We paid reverence to a few of these, including Washington and Commodore Barry, the Father of the American Navy.
For pics, scroll up to yesterdays post.

In that last photo right when I walked up the guy in the center was shouting out "we need to kill these nazis like they did in France!!" I started putting up posters around the group and tons of students were going over and checking them out. I should have chilled and filmed that guy advocating violence. He's probably a professor.
Keep it spooky π»

I like the creativity
@Brunswick Halloween. You mean the entire month of October. π
We should have a light hearted carve-off. All in good fun
^^^^
@GloopGod nice !
@GloopGod that's awesome
how in the hell did you suspend the inner triangles? toothpicks?
I think you carve most of the outside out, but then leave a thin amount. Thin enough for light to shine through, but thick enough to not fall apart.
@Goose what @ophiuchus said. You cut right under the skin to carve your design, then scoop as deep as you need, without piercing completely, for light to shine through. A $10 wood carving kit is good enough.
