We could do a joint IA trip to help Sam get established.

@all Need a response from everyone about the banner workshop. Mike is unable to host due to work reasons.

We need a few things by EOD today.

First: A complete headcount of everyone who can make it to a banner workshop tomorrow at 5pm. Plan on being at my place, unless a more convenient location materializes tonight.

Second: Sunny either needs to attend, or transfer his materials to someone who can attend.

I will provide the canvas and grommet kit. I believe Ray has paint and stencils.

I need 2 people in addition to myself in order to make this happen successfully.

Finally, everyone need to be absolutely consistence about checking RC every night. We cannot organize activism unless everyone is engaged with the workspace. We must limit use of the Threema chat to things like posting addresses, etc.

We are going to start doing weekly mumble meetings again. During these meetings we will discuss our schedules and availability for the coming week, commit to doing x amount of pro mat runs, and plan future activism. This format of keeping everything on Threema has failed us, and so we absolutely need to get everyone in the same place at the time on a WEEKLY basis to have a discussion.

Everyone needs to post in THIS chat what nights they're available for these meetings. Use the following format example.

Mon 8pm-10pm, Thurs 9pm-11pm .... etc

Please review the action of NW11. Johnny has asked me to assist with organization and activism. I am attempting to do so, however we have two members who are inactive and should be removed. Mike, and Peter.

My understanding is that we have an interviewee coming in, and it is absolutely critical that the environment change before he be admitted.

He contacts us, but does no promat runs.

Peter occasionally runs promat but my understanding is that his personal situation prevents him from being active.

Keep in mind I have nothing against these guys, but I want only the high quality guys in when the new guy starts and In my judgement peter and mike are the least salvageable.
