I've been reading some material that suggests my 30 day challenge isn't that good for muscle gain. I still plan to finish it out for the sake of sticking to a goal, but I was wondering what y'all had to say about it. What should I do instead after the challenge is over?

Hey man. I enjoyed your little impromptu pep talk during the mumble meeting. The way you rallied everyone in the parking lot was quite impressive as well. I notice you have a more militaristic style of leadership and I think the org could use a little more of that. The guys in my network respect you and think you're pretty chad.

Think you could pass on any wisdom? I actually wanted to join the army and become an officer when I was 18 but they wouldn't let me in due to allergies so I missed out on a lot of that type of education

I believe in the org and the overall movement more than ever because of those comments about the way we looked from the Republicans

Only thing I really feel the need to add about the march has to do with the shield thing, specifically to expound on Benjamin's issue. Last night I spoke to a guy who was on the big shield team. He said that all the big "weightlifting guys" were put in the front and back. I'm assuming that most of those guys are experienced shield bearers. Logic would dictate that the left and right flank teams were comprised mainly of inexperienced shield guys. What would help in the future is more intensive training for all the guys new to that role. From what I understand it sounds like they didn't really know what to do in the event of an aggressive individual getting too close but not yet attempting to strike anyone. Being as I'm just a flag guy I don't know the intricacies of all that so whoever is reading this and does know just take what I said and apply the non ignorant parts.

So i treated like equipment at a gym and forced myself to do 3 sets of ten pushups. It was pretty hard and I don't think my form was that great.

3 sets of ten pushups today with 45 pounds on my back. Sam is helping me hammer out a weekly routine. My 30 day challenge from before is #canceled because it's time to start using weight instead of just bodyweight for my arms
